Hollow tile drumming occurs when tile adhesive doesn't achieve full coverage under the tile. We back-butter 100% of the tile surface with heavy-duty polymer adhesive to guarantee solid bedding.

What is the difference between cement grout and epoxy grout?

Cement grout is porous and absorbs dirty mop water, causing mold and yellow stains. Epoxy grout is completely non-porous, waterproof, and chemically stain-resistant.
